カウンセリングでデザイン・大きさ・施術箇所が決まりお見積りを出した後、

ご予約をとって頂く場合は顔写真付きの身分証の提示・内金として10,000円〜30000円（大柄のデザイン）が必要です。

※お預かりした内金はタトゥーが完成した時に代金から差し引かせていただきます

●キャンセルについては事前に電話でお知らせください。内金/施術料金を頂いている場合、お客様都合のキャンセルは内金/施術料金はお返しできません。

一週間前以降の変更は内金をキャンセル料、当日キャンセルの場合はその日の施術料がキャンセル料となる場合もございますのでご注意ください。

※施術日時の変更は一週間前まででしたら変更OKなのでご都合が悪くなってしまった場合はお早めにご連絡宜しくおねがいします。

Crystal Tattoo Studio accepts walk-ins and has English-speaking artists, so you can call us in English as well. Consultations are free, but if you'd like to make an appointment for your tattoo, please bring a photo ID and a 10,000-20,000 yen deposit, which will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo. The deposit will depend on the size of your tattoo and is non-refundable. To cancel your reservation, please call the studio as soon as possible. Please inform us at least one week in advance if you would like to change your booking date and time.

You cannot get a tattoo if:

· You are under 18.

・ You have an infectious disease or diabetes.

・ You have consumed alcohol or drugs.

・ You are a high school student, even at the age of 18.

・ You are disorderly
